The Momo Media Chapter
From 2015 to 2024, I co-founded and led Momo Media - an independent video agency, from 0 to a million dollar company and grew it to a team of 25 members. I led 400+ ad films and 100+ campaigns across consumer tech, fintech, ed-tech, fashion and more.
More than the work, Momo Media was a space to build systems, nurture talent and grow a culture of curiosity and craft. It remains a defining chapter in how I think about teams, ideas and leadership.
